60-min easy-to-follow high energy class that focuses on striking with the hands, elbows, knees, and legs. know as the “Art of Eight Limbs.” students will be working with heavy bags, pads, & Partners as they develop their striking skills.

No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu

60-min easy-to-follow high energy class that focuses on ground fighting techniques.

Known as “the Gentle art”, Jiu-jitsu uses a combination of joint locks & strangle holds to subdue an aggressive opponent.

Mixed Martial Arts

60-min easy-to-follow high energy class that combines the skills of Muay Thai, Wrestling, & Jiu-Jitsu into one class. Students will increase skill and techniques through the use of heavy bags, pad drills, partner drills, and live sparring . This class is perfect for the student looking for an exciting exercise program, practical self defense skills, or for those who are looking to take their training to the next level as an amateur or Pro level MMA fighter.
